She is an accomplished leader with progressive experience and responsibilities leading Human Resources in a multitude of areas including; Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Succession Management, Performance Management and Total Rewards for several multibillion-dollar corporations, across multiple geographies. She has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense, Sports and Entertainment, Professional Services, Higher Education, and Non-for-Profit. Natasha has been in a multitude of roles, she has led the entire HR lifecycle. These experiences enable her to have a robust understanding of Human Resources and how the function enables the business.
