Who We Are

Andrea Nelson

Andrea is the Owner and Lead Consultant at AND Consulting Group LLC. With 20+ years of Human Resources and Leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility in diverse industries, Andrea leads with the values of connection, integrity and optimism. Andrea’s deep professional experience centers around Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Culture. As a business leader, she translates business strategy into people strategy. In her work she identifies the systemic needs of an organization, and its leaders, to implement the people strategy required to deliver the business agenda. Andrea has applied this work in her corporate roles, she has experience leading a purpose driven growth business with senior leadership teams.

Andrea has built and deployed culture transformation programs, implemented Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity strategies, and incorporated wellness and energy into businesses to help accelerate growth.

Andrea now serves clients across sectors and industries. She uses a systemic approach to integrate the business reality, human capital implications, and the individual leader in solutions.

Natasha Tasson

Natasha is a Senior Consultant with AND Consulting Group LLC. She is an accomplished leader with progressive experience and responsibilities leading Human Resources in a multitude of areas including; Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Succession Management, Performance Management and Total Rewards for several multibillion-dollar corporations, across multiple geographies. She has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense, Sports and Entertainment, Professional Services, Higher Education, and Non-for-Profit. Natasha has been in a multitude of roles, she has led the entire HR lifecycle. These experiences enable her to have a robust understanding of Human Resources and how the function enables the business.

Natasha's background and work portfolio allow her to leverage the breadth of her experiences to successfully partner with leaders at all levels. Natasha's top three characteristics from Strengths Finder include; Futuristic, Empathetic and Strategic. She uses these strengths to strategically partner with leaders to understand their goals and needs. Then, she collaborates to build and align the talent strategy to the organization's strategic plan, setting up the organization for a successful future.

Diana is a Senior Consultant with AND Consulting Group LLC. Diana has 20 years of corporate experience, with a focus on Human Resources and Project Management.
